Payment Methods

CLOUD

Overview

Dragonfly Cloud invoices usage monthly. See Pricing for what you are charged for. You can pay by credit card or through an AWS, GCP, or Azure Marketplace subscription.

Credit Card

Add a credit card on the billing page in Dragonfly Cloud. Usage is charged to the card on a monthly basis.

AWS Marketplace

Subscribe through the AWS Marketplace and Dragonfly Cloud usage appears on your monthly AWS bill. This lets you consolidate billing and apply your existing AWS commitments and credits.

GCP Marketplace

Subscribe through the Google Cloud Marketplace listing. All Dragonfly Cloud usage is included in your monthly Google Cloud bill, so you can manage payments directly from your existing GCP billing interface and use your GCP credits. Read more in the announcement blog post.

Azure Marketplace

Subscribe through the Azure Marketplace and Dragonfly Cloud usage appears on your monthly Azure bill, allowing you to use your existing Azure billing relationship and commitments.

note

Marketplace billing is independent of where your data stores run. For example, you can pay through one cloud's marketplace while running data stores in a different cloud provider or region.

Linking a Marketplace Account

  • New customers: Open the Dragonfly Cloud listing in your cloud marketplace and click Subscribe. You are then redirected to create a Dragonfly Cloud account, after which billing is integrated with your cloud bill.
  • Existing customers: Open the billing page in Dragonfly Cloud and link your AWS, GCP, or Azure account as a payment method.
